Our Process

Delivery to the site. Please advise on the maximum size of truck that can arrive on site.

Position the bases in the specified installation area within the building. Large bases will need to be craned; all others can go in the material hoist, subject to the base type.

Prepare the surface by removing concrete slag and installing the penetration stopper foam ring. Mark out the base position and place packers to ensure a level plane. Note: Penetrations need to be surveyed to ensure they are in the correct position.

Install the base.

Once the base is placed, pour grout to ensure the entire underside has complete contact.

Once the grout has dried, the base installation is fully completed. Note: Follow the drying time as specified on the grout Material Data Sheet.
